He performed well during the trial period and actively joined the DH615 new product technical support team, and independently completed the most of work in DH615 project.
He, as the first headquarter staff of the Global Service Center to travel courageously in 2022 during the epidemic, is brave to assume responsibility to become a role model for our department.
He has a strong sense of teamwork. After returning from a business trip, he actively participated in the training of newcomers. He unreservedly passed on his professional knowledge and work experience to the newcomers, which effectively promoted the improvement of the overall work skills of the department staff.s
MUJEEB:
In 2022, he has carried out more than 20 online training sessions for agents, actively mobilizes resources to respond to and supports to the training needs of agents in other regions, which has effectively met the urgent online training needs of agents.
He, holds a strong sense of ownership and team assistance, actively and enthusiastically participates in the training of newcomers in the department and makes documents and video clips. The video sharing platform Youtube of Dymind International Customer Service in charge has exceeded 5,000 hits, effectively satisfying overseas agents demand for Product Training Videos.
He, also has a strong sense of customer service. Regardless of weekends or nights, as long as the regional agency customers have urgent support needs, he can give customers a positive response as soon as possible.
He, pays attention to team assistance, actively and enthusiastically participates in various training work, and unreservedly passes on his professional knowledge and work experience to newcomers. He, also actively helps with other engineers, which has effectively drive the improvement of the overall work efficiency of department personnel promote.
Amigo:
In 2022, he was appointed to be in charge of the East African region, which effectively improved the problem of low service quality in the African region.
In the second half of 2022,with the strong awareness of team, he actively cooperates with department adjustments, joins the after-sales team in the Asia-Pacific region and be responsible for after-sales service support for key customers in Thailand. Facing the high standards and strict requirements of key customers, he actively coordinates our marketing persons, sales, and technical supporters to help to new product layout and promotes products demand support and technical support training needs which indirectly promotes the over fulfillment of the marketing performance in the Asia-Pacific region in 2022.
