Customer-centricity

 

To meet customers’ requirements, Dymind International Service Department launched a series of training courses like on-line training from Dymind head office and on-site training based on real machines in the fourth quarter of 2021. 

Customer satisfaction is always our first priority. Although the COVID-19 is rampaging through the world, we are still working on improving the service quality. As heros in this pandemic, the team of engineers and specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensured that diagnostic instruments continue to provide reliable information to the end users. To all of them our sincere gratitude!
