In May 2023, Dymind First Overseas Service Center was established in Indonesia, marking a new level of Dymind overseas service.



Unveiled and Established

Opening a new chapter in Dymind overseas services.



On May 6, 2023, at PT Dymind Biotech Indonesia, the Dymind service team held a listing ceremony for the Dymind Overseas Service Center. Mr. Joe, the manager of the International Service Department, personally unveiled the platform, and multiple employees witnessed the official establishment of Dymind First Overseas Service Center.



At present, the service center is mainly used for customer training and business negotiations In the future, localized services will be promoted, such as hiring local personnel to work, building spare parts warehouses and maintenance centers, better serving customers ,improving service efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction.


Centralized Training

Combining Knowledge and Practice



From May 13 to May 23, 2023, the Dymind service team conducted training and exams on Dymind analyzer basic skills for over 20 customers, combining theoretical knowledge and practice, simulating different usage scenarios.



In the past three years, from online training to onsite training, overseas customers expressed great anticipation. Even though the distance is long, many customers still participated in the training throughout the entire journey, commuting to and from the service center for nearly 4 hours every day.



Throughout the training period, everyone actively participated in interactive questioning, The Dymind service team will arrange more onsite training to continuously improve customers' practical skills.


Strengthen Communication

Taking the oppotunity of the overseas service center establishment, Mr. Joe, the manager of the international service department, and Mr. Rayson, the engineer of global technical support department, went from the Shenzhen headquarters to Indonesia, to communicated with customers face-to-face.  Dymind service team insists on value-chain sharing , provides customers with better products and services, to be the worlds leading supplier of intergrated instruments.



The establishment of Dymind first overseas service center is the first step for Dymind service to move towards a broader international stage. Dymind service team will continue to actively and deeply explore, match local needs, and provide more diversified and international support for different regions.
